From statement PDF to your chosen output

Convert your statement, review rows and export exactly what you need. Continue with Statement Analyzer, AI Converter and companion tools for broader workflows.

Extract and unlock your documents

Verified source-specific parsers

Dedicated global coverage for bank, card, wallet, UPI, investment, bill, order, invoice, loan and account-summary formats, with especially deep support for Indian banks and payment apps.

Structured fallback path

Smart Extract can move from a dedicated parser to generic table recovery and then AI fallback when a layout does not produce usable rows.

Universal AI Converter

Use the separate AI Converter for unfamiliar statements, scanned PDFs, receipt photos and screenshots. Inspect its draft and review signals before relying on the output.

Password-protected PDF handling

Unlock protected statements with the document password and retry if needed. Source-checked password guides help distinguish a PDF password from an OTP, PIN, CVV or account password.

Review and work with transaction rows

Whole-row and multi-term search

Search names, merchants, references, dates or amounts across the statement. Comma-separated terms act as OR: searching “Swiggy, Zomato” finds either merchant.

Type, date, and amount filters

Show debit-only or credit-only rows, choose a date range, and set minimum and maximum amounts. Click any column header to sort; click again to reverse the order.

Selected-row calculations

Select one or many transactions to see their debit, credit and net totals separately from the complete statement. Open a row to inspect its details and calculation.

Focused exports

Export only selected transactions or the currently filtered result. Native Excel (.xlsx) downloads open directly in Excel without a CSV import wizard.

Edit, insert, and delete rows

Correct cell values, add missing transactions or remove duplicate rows before exporting. CSV, Excel and Google Sheets outputs mark saved edits so they are not confused with bank-certified originals.

Accuracy review signals

Review available balance-gap checks, missing-transaction warnings, duplicate candidates, issue severity and jump-to-row controls. Checks depend on the document structure and do not replace comparison with the original.

Row-level feedback

Flag a specific transaction to send support the affected row context and help us investigate extraction issues.

Bring multiple statements together

Multi-statement analyzer

Open Statement Analyzer to combine several bank, card and wallet statements in one view. Keep each source visible and filter by source, currency, category, type, date or amount.

Statement insights

Review monthly debit-credit flow, spending categories, top payees, recurring transactions, budget progress, duplicate candidates, statement gaps and overlapping periods in Statement Analyzer.

Currency-safe analysis

Combined totals, spending insights and accounting exports pause for mixed or unverified currencies rather than adding incomparable values.

Export, finish a file and manage your workspace

Ten export and handoff paths

CSV, Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets, OFX, QIF, QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, Tally CSV, PDF Review Report and Accountant Package ZIP, including one-click creation of a new Google Sheet.

One-off and recurring payment choices

Buy non-expiring page credits from a document checkout. Only successful extraction consumes the document pages; unused credits remain for future files. Monthly and yearly plans offer better per-page value for recurring volume.

Email completed results

Email your completed result from Transactions Preview or All Transactions, up to twice across all recipients. Self-send uses a secure account link; another recipient receives the original CSV attachment (up to 10 MB). Preview edits and filters are excluded. Delivered attachments can be kept or forwarded.

Localized checkout and USD choice

India uses INR Dodo checkout with eligible UPI, RuPay and cards. Localized Dodo checkout offers available local currencies and methods elsewhere, with Stripe as a Pay in USD option. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Account and conversion workspace

Manage remaining pages, conversion history, credit activity and subscriptions from your account. Return from Pricing or checkout within 15 minutes to recover review rows, edits and filters.

Companion finance and data tools

More than 30 browser tools cover CSV viewing and merging, duplicate finding, PDF table extraction, loans, tax, savings, investments, salary and business calculations.

Short active-file retention

Uploads use encrypted transport and automatically leave active processing within 15 minutes. Two-factor authentication is available to protect your account.

Choose the output your workflow needs

CSV and Excel are standard exports; direct Google Sheets and accounting exports require an active paid subscription.

  • Excel (.xlsx): Download a native workbook for formulas, filters and spreadsheet review.
  • CSV: Download transaction rows as a portable, comma-separated file.
  • Google Sheets: Create a new Google Sheet from reviewed rows after Google authorization.
  • OFX: Prepare an Open Financial Exchange file for compatible finance software.
  • QIF: Prepare a Quicken Interchange file for software that supports QIF import.
  • QuickBooks CSV: Download a three-column CSV for manual transaction import and mapping.
  • Xero CSV: Prepare a bank statement CSV for a manual Xero-style import.
  • Tally CSV: Prepare narration, debit, credit and balance columns for your Tally workflow.
  • PDF Review Report: Download a generated report of extracted transactions for review.
  • Accountant Package ZIP: Bundle CSV templates, OFX, QIF, a PDF review report and a README.

Accounting exports need dated monetary transactions and required currency information. Some bills, order reports and account summaries only support spreadsheet review. Compare output formats and check plan access.

Which output formats can I choose?

Choose Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Google Sheets, OFX, QIF, QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, Tally CSV, PDF Review Report or Accountant Package ZIP. CSV and Excel are standard exports; direct Google Sheets and accounting exports require an active paid subscription.

Can I send statement rows to Google Sheets?

Yes. With an active paid subscription, choose Google Sheets in a supported result view and authorize Google access to create a new sheet. You can also download CSV or Excel and import it into Google Sheets yourself.

Can I use the result in Tally, QuickBooks or Xero?

Paid plans provide Tally CSV, QuickBooks CSV and Xero CSV files for a reviewed manual handoff. Check account, date, amount and column mapping in the receiving software. These exports do not post entries or connect a live bank feed; Tally XML, QBO and QFX are not offered.

Are all export formats suitable for every document?

Spreadsheet exports can preserve the rows a document provides. Accounting formats need usable dated monetary transactions, and some formats require a confirmed currency. A credit report, bill or order report may lack the fields needed for accounting import. Review the original and the destination requirements before use.
